3D model Extension to property

I was tasked with carrying out the design of an extension to an existing dwelling house to provide the client with additional dining space and utility room. The plan was brought through planning and building control using AutoCAD. I created a 3D model as per the floor plans, elevations and finished photos using Revit and Enscape for rendering.

An openable sliding glass door between the dining area and the garden gave a better integration between indoor and outdoor space. I also designed an outdoor spill out area and barbeque space with a balcony area over the new extension which was glass covered.

The extension was constructed using reclaimed bricks, aluminium windows and doors. The external brick paviours are reclaimed laid in a herringbone pattern.
