Kent Street 3D Model

This project was for a module in university located at Kent Street-Car Park, 25 Kent St, Belfast BT1 2JA. The purpose of this project was to create a notional medium-tall building for built-to-rent city-centre housing which will focus on the mixed market rate for both younger and older citizens. According to the application it has be tasked to include 350min to 480max units averaging to be about 105-144 units:​
